Recruiting
World-class sales professionals are out there. They are looking for the right opportunity. We make sure they find it. We focus our ads on what top caliber reps are looking for and we make sure our message stands out to the right individuals. We speak to their needs and wants and position the opportunity to excite and engage them. Unlike most organizations we avoid boring job descriptions and responsibility outlines. We cover that later. We want them to view this less like a job, and more like an opportunity.
Interviewing
Our interviews focus around 3 core objectives. 1. Identify the right people: The right guys will run through walls for you, but picking them out from all the pretenders is easier said than done. 2. Help them see the opportunity: Good people are interviewing us as much as we are interviewing them. They have options. We help the right candidate feel the excitement of representing your service and show them why THIS is the opportunity they’ve been waiting for. 3. Set the proper expectations: Beginnings are critical. We make sure that each candidate has a clear understanding of what is expected. More importantly we make sure they know what this opportunity is and what it isn’t. Each candidate is interviewed by at least 3 individuals for quality assurance.

Training
We design, develop and perfect powerful sales programs that separate your company from any competition and make you the instant and obvious choice for any potential customer. As necessary we will create sales and coaching materials, power-point presentations, sales scripts, hand-outs, workbooks etc. to assist in the training process. We hold formalized training meetings, sales calls and coaching sessions to assist in conversion and to better serve prospects and clients. We arm the team with the confidence and know-how to absolutely knock the socks off of any audience. Using exciting real-time scenarios, role plays and custom exercises, we help them practice, polish and perfect world-class sales and communication techniques
Managing
“As goes the helm, so goes the ship.” The right people in key Leadership positions make all the difference. We seek out experienced sales management professionals. We hire only the best to place at helm in each region. We make sure they have all the tools to lead and support their teams and most importantly drive sales. We coach them on Leadership, Time Management, Relationship Building, Organization, and all other necessary Sales and Sales Management skills. Our managers are all SELLING MANAGERS. We believe firmly that “you can’t give what you don’t have, and you can’t teach what you don’t know.” Our regional and area managers set the pace in their respective territories and inspire others to success through their examples.
Support
Clearing roadblocks and smoothing the trail. We develop an extensive library of support materials that the sales team will have access to 24/7. This includes sales and prospecting guides, marketing materials, e-mail templates, elevator pitches, training videos, tips, strategies, etc. We also make sure that they always have a live person to talk to for any need they might have.
